Job Title

RN – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 3 shifts per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, care, and outcomes
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling outside of approved requested time off

Required Qualifications

• Active Louisiana RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license
• BLS certification (AHA) required – must be on file at time of submission
• ACLS certification (AHA) required – must be on file at time of submission
• Experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
