Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | Day/Night Rotating

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a NICU setting across both day and night shifts
• Adhere to a rotating schedule including a minimum of 48 hours of night shift per 4-week period
• Fulfill weekend requirements of 48 hours of Saturday/Sunday time per 4-week period
• Cover 24 hours of Friday time per 4-week period
• Work every other holiday during the contract period
• May be pulled to PICU or assigned to 1:1 patient sitting as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Ability to work both day shifts (0700–1930) and night shifts (1900–0730)
• Flexibility to rotate between days and nights with no exceptions to shift structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a PICU or similar high-acuity pediatric environment
• Comfort with 1:1 patient care assignments
