We are a friendly and growing dental office looking for an experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in dental insurance verification, billing, and claims processing, and is Spanish-speaking to better serve our patients.

Job Description Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations
Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
Handle patient billing, payments, and account questions
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish
Maintain accurate patient records
full-time $28 - $32 per hour

Requirements Previous dental front desk experience minimum of 2 years
Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures
Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with dental software Dentrix is a plus
