About the Role:

DUCTZ of South Central PA is looking for a motivated Part-Time Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Manheim, PA! This is a great opportunity to build hands-on technical skills in the HVAC restoration industry while delivering cleaner, healthier air to homes and businesses in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning using specialized equipment
• Inspect, clean, and restore HVAC systems including ductwork, vents, and components
• Set up and operate negative air pressure machines and vacuum systems
• Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
• Document job details, take before-and-after photos, and complete service reports
• Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job site

Requirements:

• No prior duct cleaning experience required — training provided
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hands-on technical equipment
• Ability to work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and attics as needed
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and travel to job sites as needed. 
• Commitment of approximately 24 hours per week
