Key Responsibilities
Clinical Hygiene: Provide high-quality dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient oral health education.
Administrative Operations: Manage insurance claims submission and navigate patient accounts with precision.
Clinical Support: Occasionally assist the Doctor with restorative procedures or exams as needed to maintain office flow.
Tech Management: Utilize Eaglesoft for charting, scheduling, and billing (strong computer literacy is a core requirement).
Patient Coordination: Multitasks between clinical care and front-office duties to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Must hold a current and valid State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.

• Eaglesoft

Software Proficiency: Strong computer skills are required; specific experience with Eaglesoft is highly preferred.
Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to handle clinical, administrative, and assisting duties simultaneously.
Schedule Availability: You must be able to work every Tuesday and Thursday. Please do not apply if you cannot accommodate these specific days.
Experience: Ability to manage insurance claims and billing processes effectively.
