You’ll lead traditional classics and dive into some non-traditional fun too - all through a strategic lens with the ability to reach varied consumer profiles. Location: This role is based onsite in our Houston HQ, where the spirit of adventure is part of our daily routine. We’re looking for candidates who are local or willing to relocate (with assistance provided) to join our dynamic team. Skills and Experience 7+ years experience as a senior art director, creative director, or creative lead within advertising, in-house, or design agency. Campaign concepting that includes motion, audio, social and non-traditional. Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time. Cool under pressure, thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments. Deep respect for both creative and operational excellence. Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
