All In One Benso Family Dental is looking for a high-level Assistant Manager / Office Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our Phoenix office. This is a critical leadership role designed for a dental professional who has mastered the front office and is ready to take the next step into operational management.
You will work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure our multi-specialty team—from general dentistry to oral surgery—operates at peak efficiency while maintaining our signature "family-first" patient culture.
Assistant Manager / Office Coordinator
Job Description Operational Leadership: Oversee daily office flow, ensuring the clinical and administrative teams are synchronized and the schedule is optimized.
Inventory Management: Take full ownership of clinical and office supply procurement. You will track usage, manage vendor relationships, and ensure we are always stocked without overextending the budget.
Compliance & Privacy: Act as a primary guardian of HIPAA standards, ensuring all patient data is handled with the utmost security and that the team is following current regulations.
Team Coordination: Assist in training new hires, managing staff schedules, and resolving internal or patient-facing conflicts with professionalism.
Financial Oversight: Support the billing department with complex insurance claims, accounts receivable, and treatment plan auditing.
full-time $28 - $30 per hour

Requirements Experience: 2+ years of dental office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Skills: Expertise in dental software (Dentrix preferred) and high-level Inventory Management systems.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance and dental insurance coding.
Attributes: A "fixer" mentality—you see a bottleneck in the workflow and proactively create a solution.
