Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk - Manufacturing for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing organization in Fort Worth, TX. This role is ideal for an organized accounting professional with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience who enjoys working with invoices, resolving discrepancies, and supporting accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Support Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, payment tracking, and account updates.
- Review invoices for pricing, quantity, billing, and documentation discrepancies.
- Partner with Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving teams to research and resolve invoice issues.
- Assist with invoice matching, partial billing, account reconciliations, and month-end accounting support.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records, vendor documentation, and related accounting files.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $19 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site.
- Location: Fort Worth, TX.
