We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounting Clerk to support a busy accounting department in Tigard. This role is ideal for someone with experience handling a variety of accounting and administrative functions who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
- Enter and maintain accurate financial data
- Reconcile invoices, statements, and financial records
- Process payments and assist with billing activities
- Maintain organized accounting files and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
- Respond to vendor and customer inquiries
- Assist the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications - Previous accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting clerk experience
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience with accounting software or ERP systems preferred
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
